my uttarakhand news | DEHRADUN Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited the Sushila Tiwari government hospital in Haldwani on Thursday. In the hospital, he met the injured passengers of the Bhimtal bus accident. The CM directed the hospital administration to provide best possible treatment to the injured. He said that the critically injured passengers should be shifted to higher centres if needed. Dhami also directed the Kumaon commissioner Deepak Rawat to undertake an intensive checking campaign in mountainous areas to prevent accidents. He said that the licences and other documents of the vehicles coming from other States should be checked. The CM assigned responsibility of managing the traffic in the Kumaon region to the commissioner Rawat.
