Pioneer News Service The veteran Congress leader and former prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh passes away at 92. he was admitted in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi today. Singh served as prime minister of India from 2004 to 2014. he was brought to the emergency department of the hospital around 8 pm. As the two-term Prime Minister of the UPA, he stayed at the top post from 2004 and 2014, and served as a member of the Rajya Sabha.
