
PIONEER EDGE NEWS SERVICE/ Dehradun Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami granted financial approval for various development works costing Rs 163.52 crore. He approved a sum of Rs 4.16 crore for reconstruction and improvement of the Laluri-Kyadra motor road in the Dhanaulti of Tehri district. He also ordered Rs 4.57 crore for development of Rankochi temple in Champawat district. The CM also approved a sum of Rs 51 crore for construction of 120 type -II houses in Police Lines, Dehradun and Rs five crore for laying new pipeline and construction of an overhead tank in the Police Line in Dehradun. The proposal of construction of 20 type III and 20 type IV houses in the Bhagirath residential complex of the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission in Haridwar district was also approved by the CM. A sum of Rs 19 crore will be spent on the project. A sum of Rs 54 crore for construction of 120 type II houses in the India Reserve Battalion (IRB)- II battalion Dehradun and Rs 13.73 for construction of multipurpose buildings in the Raj Bhawan under state plan was also approved by the CM on Saturday. Dhami further approved a sum of Rs 5.22 crore for repair and railing fixing and debris clearing works on the Kedarnath- Garudchatti bridle path in Rudraprayag district. Similarly, a sum of Rs 3.45 crore was also approved for the repair and improvement of Chalkutia-Masmoni-Sakloni-Naukholi motor road in Pokhda block of Pauri district. A sum of Rs 3.39 crore was also approved by the CM for improvement of Damdewal-Gadri motor road till Jhalpani in Pokhda block of Pauri district.
