Dehradun, 10 Nov: SSP, Dehradun, Ajai Singh interacted with cadets of the Indian Military Academy (IMA) and shared important information about cybercrimes and internal security, here, today.
A total of 205 cadets who are undergoing training at the IMA visited the Police Office to understand the working of the Police Control Room and the coordination between the army and police during operations.
The SSP explained the role of both the army and police in maintaining internal security and highlighted the importance of teamwork between the two forces. He also informed the cadets about the new techniques being used by cyber criminals and the scams targeting army personnel. The cadets were made aware of safety measures to avoid such crimes.
The SSP also explained the functioning of the Police Control Room and the importance of the emergency helpline number 112. He said that the control room plays a vital role in providing quick police assistance during emergencies. The session helped the cadets understand how the police and army work together to ensure the safety and security of the nation.
