By Sunil Sonker Mussoorie, 20 Nov: Shubh Mangalam Sansthan, a social service organisation, has once again brought smiles to the faces of needy families. Under the ‘Kanyadaan Mahadaan’ programme, the organisation has provided full wedding material support to three girls of the area. During the programme, the organisation gifted the girls various essential wedding items, including jewellery, lehengas, suits, sarees, sweaters, clothes, briefcases, dinner sets, quilts, mattresses, and blankets. They also provided ration to meet household needs. This effort proves to be a great relief for families whose parents, due to financial constraints, are unable to procure the necessary materials for their daughters’ weddings.
The organisation has been fulfilling its social responsibility by supporting such needy families for the past several years. Members of the organisation emphasised that every segment of society should support each other so that no daughter faces difficulties due to financial constraints during a crucial time in her life.
Renu Agarwal, Babita Agarwal, Renu Wahi, Jagjit Kukreja, Vinod Rastogi, Zeenat Ali, Raman Kaur, Jaswinder Singh, and other organisation officials and members were present at the event. They blessed the girls and wished them a happy married life.
