The temple has been decked up in about 12 quintals of flowers for its winter closure for the public at 2:56 PM today. Meanwhile, on the fourth day of the ongoing ritual Panch Puja conducted as part of the closing rituals, the Rawal Amarnath Namboodari invited Goddess Lakshmi to be seated in the Garbh Grah on Monday. The Goddess was also offered Kadhai Bhog on the occasion. The Rawal, along with Dharmadhikari Radha Krishna Thapliyal and Vedpathis offered the Kadhai Bhog to the Goddess on Monday and formally invited her to be seated in the sanctum sanctorum of Badrinath Dham. It is worth mentioning here that the closure of Badrinath to the public on Tuesday will mark the end of the Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand with the other three Dhams having been closed for the winter earlier.
