

Smart India Hackathon at Graphic Era

Dehradun, 10 Dec: In the 36-hour Smart India Hackathon held at Graphic Era, team Panch Plus from Bhivarabai Sawant College of Engineering and Research emerged as the winner in the category “AyurSutra: Panchakarma Patient Management”.
Students from reputed institutions across the country participated in the Smart India Hackathon organised at Graphic Era Deemed University. The participating teams worked with full dedication to find technological solutions to challenges related to AYUSH and healthcare, and developed their innovative ideas. Panch Plus won in the AyurSutra: Panchakarma Patient Management category. In the Cloud-Based Nutrient Analysis for Ayurveda Dieticians category, Team Lex Corps from ABES Institute of Technology stood first. In NAMASTE and ICD-11 API Integration, Team Codevaidyas from VIT and Team Passengers from Islamic University of Science and Technology became joint winners, while in the Blockchain-Based Botanical Traceability System category, Team Knights from Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology delivered an excellent performance and secured the win. Each winning team received medals and a cash prize of Rs 1,50,000 for their outstanding innovations.
The Smart India Hackathon was jointly organised by Graphic Era Deemed University and AICTE. The event was attended by Vice Chancellor Dr Narpinder Singh, AICTE – Representative Pratap Sanap, CEO of All India Institute of Ayurveda, Sujith Eranezhath, Nodal Officer Dr Brijesh Prasad, along with many teachers and students. The programme was conducted by Vidhi Kapruwan.
