‘Arko Euta Dronacharya’ staged in Doon

Dehradun, 13 Feb: Koshha Arts Theatre, Nepal, staged “Arko Euta Dronacharya”, a powerful Nepali adaptation of Dr Shankar Shesh’s “Ek Aur Dronacharya” here, today, exploring power, authority, and morality through the iconic Guru Dronacharya from the Mahabharata.


Directed by Umesh Bahadur Tamang, this 85-minute play delves into the moral dilemmas faced by those in power, questioning duty, loyalty, and personal conscience. Set in the context of Nepal’s political and social struggles, it reflects on leaders’ ethical responsibilities and the impact of their decisions.


Featuring a talented ensemble, “Arko Euta Dronacharya” is a thought-provoking commentary on leadership, morality, and influence.
The programme was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Agriculture Minister Ganesh Joshi, and featured Guest of Honour, renowned Neurologist and Social Media Influencer, and celebrated Interior Designer Payal Borbora.
