PIONEER EDGE NEWS SERVICE/ Dehradun Former chief minister of Uttarakhand and former Union cabinet minister Major General (retd) Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri passed away on Tuesday. He was 91 years old and was hospitalized for some time. Khanduri served as CM of Uttarakhand from 2007 to 2009 and 2011 and to 2012. He was union minister of Surface Transport in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government.
