PIONEER EDGE NEWS SERVICE/ Dehradun Dhal Singh Bisen took charge as the ninth governor of Uttarakhand in a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan on Monday. The officiating chief justice of Uttarakhand Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari administed oath of office and secrecy to Bisen. The swearing- in ceremony of the new governor was attended by chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, cabinet ministers, former CM Vijay Bahuguna,, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Tirath Singh Rawat, Trivendra Singh Rawat, Yog Guru Baba Ramdev and other prominent personalities attended the ceremony.
