Roorkee, 14 Jan: In a heart-warming triumph of dedication and talent, Atharv Verma, a 21-year-old aspiring singer from the historic city of Rampur in Uttar Pradesh, has emerged as the overall winner of India Talent Fight Season-5, specifically dominating the highly competitive singing category. In the glittering finale, this young lad was presented with the prestigious trophy by none other than the legendary musician and singer Anu Malik, one of the show’s esteemed judges. The final contest was held in Roorkee this month.
Anu Malik, renowned Bollywood singer for his sharp musical acumen and decades of delivering hit songs, was visibly moved by Atharva’s soul-stirring performances throughout the competition. The veteran judge savoured every note and showered praises on the young artist’s exceptional vocal range, emotional depth, and stage presence, which captivated both the audience and the judging panel.
Sources close to the show quoted Malik as saying, “Atharv’s singing was pure magic,” and that performances like his remind him why he first fell in love with music.
