PIONEER EDGE NEWS SERVICE/ Dehradun The Delhi High Court has directed the Congress, AAP and others to remove social media posts linked to national general secretary of BJP and in charge of Uttarakhand BJP, Dushyant Gautam with Ankita Bhandari murder case within 24 hours. The interim order was passed by Justice Mini Pushkarna on the defamation suit filed by Gautam on Wednesday. The order restraints the two political parties and others from posting any content targeting Gautam as the alleged VIP in the Ankita Bhandari murder case. The HC also restricted other persons including Urmila Sanawar and Uttarakhand Congress for posting contents related to Gautam. It is pertinent to mention here that in a audio released by Urmila Sanawar, the estranged wife of former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore, a person ( who Sanawar claims is Rathore) claims that a person ‘ Gattu’ was involved in the Ankita Bhandari murder. She also claimed that Gattu is none other than Gautam. Expressing happiness at the judgement of Delhi HC, the president of Uttarakhand BJP Mahendra Bhatt said that the court’s order will set an example. He said that a false narrative was created in the case. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has completed its investigation and the culprits are behind the bars. The HC and the Supreme Court too have expressed satisfaction on SIT investigation. The BJP president said that the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s decision to take the parents of Ankita Bhandari into confidence before taking any decision on further probe in the case is justified. He said that the CM has categorically stated that the government is ready for any kind of probe.
