PIONEER EDGE NEWS SERVICE/ Dehradun Warning the officers against unnecessary special or force closure of complaints, chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that they should ensure prompt, timely and satisfactory resolution of public complaints on CM Helpline- 1905. He gave the order while reviewing the CM Helpline -1905 at the State secretariat on Monday. In the meeting, the CM directed that the district magistrates concerned should review the complaints received in the districts and ensure their prompt resolution. He said that the reasons for the repeated receipt of complaints of the same nature should also be analysed and effective action should be taken to permanently resolve such problems. He also directed DMs to conduct surprise inspections of Tehsils and ensure that cases related to mutation are being resolved within the stipulated time frame. “Public problems related to land fraud should be resolved on a priority basis. The public should not have to make unnecessary rounds of offices for revenue-related matters and that prescribed services should be available to them in a timely manner,’’ he said.
