Yamkeshwar (Pauri), 30 Dec: Administrative and financial approval has been granted for the construction of a 24-metre steel truss bridge on the Sheela Kandai Motor Road under the Yamkeshwar Assembly constituency in Pauri district. The local public and public representatives have expressed happiness over the approval of the construction work of the 24-metre steel truss bridge, to be built at a cost of ₹158.17 lakh and have expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Public Works Department Minister Satpal Maharaj for this approval.
PWD Minister Satpal Maharaj stated that officials have been directed to complete the bridge construction work with high quality standards and within the stipulated time frame. He added that construction work will begin soon after completion of the tender process. Once the bridge is completed, it will provide significant convenience and relief to the local people.
