HC order opens up Pandora’s box on shoddy recruitments in Vidhan Sabha PIONEER NEWS SERVICE/ Nainital In latest news from Uttarakhand, soon after the State Election Commission issued notification on the upcoming three-tier panchayat election across the State except Haridwar district, the Uttarakhand High Court has put a hold on the polls on the reservation row. The order came after the court heard the petitions challenging the polls with the reservation issue remaining unsettled. Thereafter, the division bench of Uttarakhand High Court consisting of the Chief Justice, G Narendra and Justice Alok Mehra put a stay on the three-tier panchayat polls while asking the State government to submit a reply.   The court further said that the order would remain in force till further order on the matter.
