Dehradun, 23 Dec: BJP leader Ravindra Jugran held discussions with Dr Ravi Datt Godiyal, Acting Chairman of the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, urging the commission to issue the advertisement for the recruitment of Inter College Lecturers at the earliest.
The Chairman of the Commission assured Ravindra Jugran that the recruitment process is in its final stage and that the Commission is thoroughly examining all aspects to ensure that no legal shortcomings remain.
Ravindra Jugran informed the Chairman that no recruitment for Inter College Lecturers has been conducted since 2021, although amendments were made to the recruitment rules for Inter College Lecturers in April this year. In the previous recruitment process, a screening examination was included; however, after the recent amendment, the screening test has been removed. This change aims to ensure that students are taught by subject experts in their respective disciplines, thereby benefiting students through quality teaching by specialised educators.
