PIONEER NEWS SERVICE/ Rudraprayag In latest news from Uttarakhand, the Kedarnath Yatra has been suspended after the road in Munkatiya sliding zone near Sonprayag was blocked due to landslide debris.  The administration said that the pilgrimage would resume once the stretch is cleared of the blockage. Besides, some passengers, who were stuck midway while returning from Gaurikund in the sliding zone area, were rescued by the SDRF team and they were brought safely to Sonprayag. The process of opening the road here is underway, the district administration officials said.
