Khwaja Syed Muhammad Nizami’s untimely death condoled

DEHRADUN, 14 Feb: Khwaja Syed Muhammad Nizami, successor to Khwaja Hassan Sani Nizami, passed away tragically at his ancestral home. His untimely demise has deeply shocked the Nizamia community, his family, and devotees of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya.

A condolence meeting was held at Ghalib Academy, attended by family members, scholars, and admirers. Speakers highlighted his contributions, including the revival of the monthly Munadi and the publication of works by Khwaja Hassan Nizami and Hassan Sani Nizami, which he brought to wider audiences.

Doctors S Farooq, GR Kanwal, M Ali Nizami, Professor Akhtar-ul-Wasey, Professor Moazzamuddin, Syed Abdul Rab, and others paid tribute to his organizational skills, humanitarian spirit, and noble character. Wafa Azmi recited the Holy Quran, and prayers were offered for his soul and for strength to his family, especially his son Syed Shafi Nizami, to continue his mission.

The gathering was attended by Shoaib Raza Fatemi, Anjum Jafri, Shahid Anwar, Dovia Jain, his younger son Syed Hassan Mujtaba, relatives, and a large number of devotees.
