PIONEER NEWS SERVICE/ Dehradun As expected, the State BJP president, Mahendra Bhatt has been reinstated for the second term on Tuesday. Along with this, he is all set to be included in the Bharatiya Janata Party’s decision-making body-national council as a member. Soon after the announcement, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met and congratulated him.  Several Cabinet ministers and party MLAs were present on the occasion. “The party keeps on winning elections since Bhatt was made the State party president. His long journey from an ordinary party activist to the State chief of the party is worthy of emulation for all party members,” Dhami  said.
