DEHRADUN, 21 Feb: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi on Saturday inspected the ongoing sewer line and drinking water pipeline construction works in Saiyed Mohalla, located in Kishan Nagar, Ward 12 of Dehradun. During the inspection, he directed the concerned officials to ensure that there is no compromise on the quality of construction and that the work is completed within the stipulated timeframe.
On the occasion, the Minister also visited the residence of Subhash Singh in Saiyed Mohalla to inquire about the well-being of his family. The family informed him that a fire had broken out in their house earlier in the morning due to a short circuit. Although no casualties were reported, most of the household belongings were destroyed in the fire. The Minister inspected the site and assured the affected family of all possible assistance.
Councillor Nandani Sharma, ML Kala, and Manjeet Rawat, along with other local representatives, were also present during the visit.
