PIONEER EDGE NEWS SERVICE/Dehradun Union minister and former Bharatiya Janata Party national president JP Nadda stressed on the need for enhancing coordination between the party’s government and organisation in Uttarakhand. Nadda said this while speaking in the first State core committee meeting of the party on Saturday after recent organisational restructuring. He also appreciated the performance of the State government under chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami while stressing on three aspects to ensure the party victory in the coming Vidhan Sabha elections. Informing the media about the core committee’s meeting, the BJP State president and Rajya Sabha member Mahendra Bhatt said that the meeting chaired by Nadda saw detailed deliberations on the party’s organisational programmes and achievements of the government. Nadda exhorted the party workers to prepare for the 2027 elections while sharing strategic inputs for the polls. He reiterated the need for the party members working unitedly to achieve the electoral win. Bhatt said, “Three main points were discussed in the meeting. The need for improving coordination between the government and the party organisation was stressed upon so that the achievements can be communicated to the general public. This effort will begin on February 17 with a meeting of the organisation’s office bearers with the chief minister. The party will mark four years of this government on March 23 with a rally which will be attended by upto two lakh persons The Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home minister Amit Shah have also been requested to attend the event,” Bhatt said. He further informed that detailed assessment of the programmes organised by the party was also undertaken during the core committee meeting. The party’s focus on service, good governance, Yog Diwas, Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam, Syama Prasah Mukerjee Diwas, Tiranga Yatra, Sewa Pakhwada and other events and activities of the party were discussed in detail. Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Union minister of State Ajay Tamta, MP and former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat, former CM Ramesh Pokhriyal, Garhwal MP Anil Baluni, Nainital MP Ajay Bhatt, Tehri MP Mala Rajya Laxmi Shah and other senior party leaders were present in the meeting.
