Prof Satpal Singh Bisht appointed VC of Kumaon University

Dehradun, 3 Sep: Governor and Chancellor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) has appointed Professor Dr Satpal Singh Bisht as Vice-Chancellor of Kumaon University, Nainital. He will hold the post for a period of three years from the date of assuming charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Professor Bisht is presently serving as Vice-Chancellor of Soban Singh Jeena University, Almora.
