DEHRADUN, 28 Mar: Being aware of even the smallest changes happening around us can be very important for understanding others’ pain and ensuring safety.
This was stated by psychology expert Dr Jeetpal Singh Rana during Psyche Express 2.0 at Graphic Era Deemed University. The programme, based on human psychology, was organized on the theme of emotional expression and mental health. Senior psychiatrist of Graphic Era Hospital, Dr Jeetpal, said that even the smallest changes in the daily routine and habits of people around us should be handled with sensitivity. Along with this, one should adopt physical and mental exercises in daily life.
The programme was organized by the “Shan Manah” Club of Graphic Era Deemed University. Vice Chancellor Narpinder Singh, Head of the Humanities and Social Science Department Dr Vinay Negi, other faculty members, and students were present at the event.
