Guwahati/Dehradun, 9 Jan: During the National Conference of Textile Ministers held in Guwahati today, the State Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Ganesh Joshi, met the Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma. On this occasion, the two leaders discussed various issues related to agriculture and rural development in the Himalayan states.
During the meeting, Agriculture Minister Ganesh Joshi presented the Assam Chief Minister with a traditional shawl and the sacred prasad of Badrinath Dham, symbolising the cultural and religious traditions of Uttarakhand. The Assam Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to Agriculture Minister Ganesh Joshi for this cordial gesture.
