UKPSC: PCS Exam 2024 Results Released – my uttarakhand news

The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission has released the results for the Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Examination-2024. Through this examination, the state has gained nine new Deputy Collectors. The Commission declared the results based on the interviews, physical standard tests, and medical examinations conducted from March 27 to April 21, 2026—following the revised Main Examination results announced on December 1, 2025.

The Commission has declared nine candidates successful for the post of Deputy Collector; 10 candidates for the post of Superintendent of Police (Home Department); five for the post of District Commandant, Home Guards (Home Department); and one candidate each for the posts of Assistant Divisional Transport Officer, District Panchayat Raj Officer, and Executive Officer (District Panchayat).

Furthermore, six candidates have been declared successful for the post of District Village Industries Officer; 58 for Deputy Education Officer; one for Probation Officer (Department of Women Empowerment and Child Development); 14 for Finance Officer/Treasury Officer; 16 for Assistant Commissioner, State Tax (Finance Department); and 53 for State Tax Officer (Finance Department). Additionally, seven candidates were successful for the post of Assistant Municipal Commissioner/Executive Officer (Urban Development Department). In the PCS examination results, female candidates secured the top two positions. Jasmeet Kaur secured the first rank, while Varsha Joshi secured the second rank for the post of Deputy Collector.
