my uttarakhand news/DEHRADUN Following a recent cyberattack on several Uttarakhand government websites, the officiating director general of police, Abhinav Kumar has reached out to his counterparts in five states in an effort to strengthen Uttarakhand’s cybercrime response system. In a significant move to combat the rising threat of cybercrimes, Kumar wrote to the DGPs of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, seeking detailed information on the steps being taken to control cybercrimes in their respective states.
