my uttarakhand news/ Dehradun The polling in the Kedarnath Assembly by-election is going on peacefully. A total of 47 per cent voters have cast their votes till 3 pm. The polling started at slow pace with only 4.37 per cent voting in the first hour. However it later picked up and it is expected that 55 to 60 per cent voters will cast their votes in the crucial bypoll.
