PIONEER NEWS SERVICE/ Dehradun  Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and other leaders of Uttarakhand have expressed deep condolences on the deaths of people in the Ahmedabad plane crash incident. Dhami convened a meeting of the officers of the State administration at his residence on Friday. In the meeting, he expressed grief on the deaths in the mishap. He expressed his condolences to the bereaved families. He said that the mishap is very painful for the country and the entire world. A two minute silence was also observed in the meeting as a mark of respect for the departed souls.  The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Karan Mahara also expressed deep sorrow over the accident. He said that many people have died untimely due to this heart-wrenching accident. “ On behalf of the Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress family, I express deep condolences to the departed souls and pray for the speedy recovery of the injured,’’ he said. Mahara requested the Central and Gujarat governments to provide all possible assistance to the families affected by the plane crash.
