Tuesday, 23 April 2024 |  my uttarakhand news | DEHRADUN Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has accused the Congress party of engaging in the politics of appeasement. In a statement the CM said on Monday that during 60 years of its rule in the country, the Congress party always played divisive politics. He said that the thought process of the Congress has always given emphasis on appeasement of a section of society and it was reflected in the statement of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh who had said that a specific section of the society has the first right over the resources of the country. The CM said that the people of the country have understood the designs of the Congress party and are with the idea of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwar of the BJP. The country has moved forward and talks about Uniform Civil Code (UCC), he said.  Dhami added that the people have understood that the Congress party wants to take the nation on a backward path and have made up their mind to make Narendra Modi, the PM of the country again.
