PIONEER EDGE NEWS SERVICE/ Dehradun In a Diwali gift to the employees of the State government, the Pushkar Singh Dhami government announced a three per cent hike in the dearness allowance ( DA) and Diwali bonus for them on Wednesday. The employees will now receive 58 per cent of their basic salaries as DA. The government has also announced a bonus of 30 days not exceeding Rs 7,000 for employees.
