Dehradun, 23 Sep: Hemant Arora, Chartered Accountant and Member of Him Jyoti Foundation, and Monika Arora, Principal of Him Jyoti School, met the Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) at Lok Bhawan, and held a meaningful interaction on the well-being, education and future prospects of the girls studying at Him Jyoti School.
During the meeting, the Governor emphasised the importance of nurturing confidence, self-belief and ambition among young girls. The Governor encouraged the students to dream big and aim high, stressing that they should recognise their inherent self-worth and develop into confident, independent and responsible individuals capable of pursuing their aspirations with determination.
Lt Gen Singh appreciated the commendable work being undertaken by Him Jyoti School in providing educational opportunities and a supportive environment for the holistic development of girls. The efforts of the institution towards empowering its students and preparing them for a bright and fulfilling future were also acknowledged.
