He was unwell for a long time and breathed his last at Max Hospital, Saket, Delhi. He was born on 14 April 1978 in Uttar Pradesh. Khurana was considered a capable and promising police officer of Uttarakhand. While holding important posts like SSP Udham Singh Nagar, Dehradun and Director Traffic and Home Guard, he took many big decisions and did important work in public interest. His efforts are still appreciated among the general public. His death has caused a wave of mourning in the Uttarakhand Police Department and his loved ones.
