VC BP Bhatt pays courtesy call on Gov

Dehradun, 9 Jul: Dr Bhagwati Prasad Bhatt, the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali University of Horticulture and Forestry, Bharsar (Pauri Garhwal), paid a courtesy call on Governor Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd), at the Lok Bhavan here on Thursday.
On the occasion, the Governor congratulated Dr Bhatt on his new assignment and expressed the expectation that the University would further promote research and innovation in the fields of horticulture, forestry, and mountain agriculture.
